Terms overview
When a reservation is made through the 2B Travels website, the payment information required for the transaction is collected and processed through the applicable payment process. The source terms identify Visa and Mastercard as accepted card types and state that no additional card-processing charge is added by 2B Travels.
The original terms contain both a full-payment-at-reservation statement and a 50% deposit arrangement for confirmed bookings. To preserve that source wording without pretending the two rules are identical, the payment schedule applicable to a specific reservation should be the schedule shown in the booking confirmation or checkout terms.
Payments and balance due dates
- For bookings using the deposit arrangement described in the original terms, 50% is paid on confirmation and the remaining 50% is due 35 days before arrival.
- The original terms provide a 48-hour period to pay the balance on the required date. If the balance remains unpaid, 2B Travels may cancel the reservation and the 50% deposit is stated as non-refundable in that situation.
- Online payments are stated to be accepted using Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards in EGP, or another currency agreed for the transaction.
- Cardholders should retain copies of transaction records and the applicable merchant policies and rules.
Cancellation policy
Day tours without flights: the original policy allows cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival or service time.
Packages and day tours with flights: cancellation charges vary by season.

No refund is stated to be available once a tour or service has started or for package elements, accommodation, meals or other services that have already been used.
Refunds
Refunds are processed through the original method of payment. Where a supplier-specific cancellation policy applies, that policy may determine the refundable amount, and the customer is to be informed of the refund by email or phone.
If a transaction error occurs during payment, the original terms state that the refund will typically be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.
Delivery, sanctions and transaction notes
The original terms state that 2btravels.com will not provide services or products to countries subject to applicable OFAC sanctions, in accordance with the legal wording published on the previous website.
Multiple transactions may appear as separate postings on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Payment processing
The previous terms explain that the entity or payment-processing arrangement may vary depending on the payment method and acquiring setup used for a purchase. For clarity, customers should rely on the payment entity and transaction information displayed during checkout, in the payment confirmation or on the applicable card statement.
Where card details are requested for an online purchase, the terms state that the submitted details are provided to the payment provider through a secured connection.
2B Travels vouchers
For a booked tour, event or service, the original terms state that the customer receives a unique 2B Travels voucher and access to a secure page where the voucher can be viewed or printed.
An authentic voucher must be presented to the relevant service provider to redeem the booked tour, ticket or package. For identification and fraud prevention, a valid photo ID and a signed voucher may be required. In some cases, the payment card used for the booking may also be requested.
If the original payment card must be presented, this requirement should be shown during checkout. A waiver may sometimes be considered for gift purchases after a confirmed booking, subject to 2B Travels’ discretion.
